Soldier stabs man to death in Aba

A yet to be identified soldier reportedly stabbed a man to death at Owerri-Aba community, Ugwunagbo council area, Abia State. The soldier, suspected to be attached to the 144 Battalion, Asa, Ukwa West council area, had gone to make peace between two persons, who were fighting. However, the deceased, identified as Harmony, was said to have attacked the soldier and in the ensuing clash, the soldier allegedly stabbed him. •Soldiers An eyewitness told Vanguard that the deceased, Harmony, who owned a business centre in the area, had gone to a pool betting house to demand for the payment for a game he won.
