20-YEAR-OLD NIGERIAN ARRESTED FOR KILLING HIS MOTHER

Eyitoluwa Olayeye has been arrested and charged to court for allegedly killing his 48-
year-old mother, Kehinde Olayeye in a downtown hotel in Texas.
A Witness at the hotel told the police he heard a woman running through the hallways screaming around 4:15 am, he added that she was banging on doors screaming “let me in”, before he heard her being dragged back past his room.
The victim’s sister told the police that the two of them had flown to Texas from Georgia to visit Eyitoluwa. She said the day before they received a call from him rambling and saying “I pray God brings us together”.

Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari has told Nigerians to count him out of any attempt to seek a third term in office as being speculated. Buhari, who spoke at the National Executive Council, NEC, of the All Progressives Congress APC, in Abuja on Friday said the Nigerian constitution did not allow him to seek third term and that he had no plan of doing anything like that. The president stated that such speculations by some Nigerians were untrue as there was no plan for such.
